Our different modes of delivery :

Delivery in Metropolitan France and Corsica  !

- By the post office in colissimo or letter followed, always a trace available.

- New : Opt-in relay Parcels* (parcels up to 20 kg and not bulky)

- By courier Gls : parcel up to 30 kg maxi (read recommendations below)

- By the carrier Kuehne Nagel/Dachser or other beyond 30 kg = in Metropolitan France and Europe !

* This mode of delivery enables you to retrieve your parcel to the relay point of your choice closest to your home or office. Has the arrival of your parcel to the relay point in 2 to 3 days, you have 7 days to pick it up. The products of more than 20 kg or are too bulky or shipped directly from the manufacturer do not allow the delivery in the parcel.

Delivery in the DOM and the TOM

(Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana and Reunion, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna)

If you live overseas, you can order on our website. We make shipments of goods by post up to 25-30 kg.

For a delivery of a higher weight, consult us by email giving us details of what you want and we will send you a quote with the price of shipment by freight forwarder.

Delivery in EEC (Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, netherlands, Spain, Italy, Uk...) :

- By mail for packages less than 30 kg, except bulky.

- By a carrier for packages over 30 kg

TERMS OF DELIVERY as applicable to the mode of shipment by Exapaq :

Be sure to provide us with a delivery address (home, work, neighbor,...) where someone can receive the goods during the day. After our confirmation of shipment, the parcel will arrive in 24-48 HOURS. Impossible to give an approximate time of passage of a driver, it is according to the tour and not in function of the availability of people.

1 - The control of the packaging and the goods must be made at the time of delivery and in the presence of the deliveryman. It should also control the number of cartons received and the one noted on the travel voucher.

2 - Any damage must be the subject of a reservation that is clear, precise and explicit on the right of the carrier.

3 - Further claims are excluded and will not be taken into account in the framework of the warranty. All costs, such as those involving repair or replacement of one or several parts will be the responsibility of the customer.

4 - The deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays) from 8AM to 16H.

5 - deliveries are made without a fixed schedule of APPOINTMENTS except personal organization, between the customer and the carrier.

6 - Probois@machinoutils will not be held responsible in the event of failure to delivery or delivery postponed/delayed by the carrier.

7 - refusal of receipt of the goods shall remain at the customer's expense : the expense return of the goods and the cost of presenting successive carrier of the goods will eventually be deducted from the reimbursement of the object in case of dispute, the value being a function of the weight and nature of the parcel.

TERMS OF DELIVERY as applicable to the mode of delivery by a carrier of 30 + kg :

After the start of your order through the carrier, you will be contacted by them to arrange with you the day of your delivery.

Mandatory recommendations :

In stock = delay between 24-48 hours if your order is placed before 12PM.

The period is stated in business days = excluding weekends and holidays.

It is recalled that :
- the times quoted are in working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) ;
the delivery times quoted are from the date of confirmation of the order by Probois-machinoutils. In the case of orders paid for by cheque or bank transfer, the shipping times will be recalculated on the date of receipt of the cheque.

The inability of the carriers to deliver on the agreed date the Products, in case of absence of the Customer or of the absence of information on the need to resort to specific means of delivery, will give rise to the payment of delivery charges-additional in the amount of 30 euros.
