RETURNING AN ITEM – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Do you wish to return an item?

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, consumers have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

The product must be returned in its original condition, complete (including accessories, manuals, and packaging), and in a condition allowing resale.

In accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may be held liable for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

A copy of the invoice or order number must be included in the return package.

The refund will be made using the original method of payment within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment.


Important Recommendation

For items weighing less than 30 kg, it is strongly recommended to return the parcel using a tracked shipping service.

In the event of loss during return transport, the customer may be held responsible.


Special Case – Electrical and Electronic Parts

Electrical and electronic parts (circuit boards, motors, controllers, components, etc.) are sensitive products.

The right of withdrawal applies only if the part is returned:

  • strictly new

  • not installed

  • not used

  • without any sign of fitting or excessive handling

No return will be accepted if:

  • the part has been installed or installation has been attempted;

  • signs of fitting, modification or handling are detected;

  • the part shows damage or alteration;

  • the issue results from incorrect diagnosis or incompatibility with the machine.

These components do not allow objective verification of whether damage occurred during installation or improper use.

Customers are strongly advised to verify the reference and compatibility before placing an order.


Have you received only part of your order?

If your order includes several items shipped from different warehouses or suppliers, deliveries may be split.

You received your order but there is a problem?

It is essential to check the condition of the parcel at the time of delivery.

In case of damage:

  • Refuse the parcel if visibly damaged
    OR

  • Write precise and detailed reservations on the carrier’s delivery note
    (e.g., “left-side housing broken”, “motor missing from package”, etc.)

General statements such as “parcel damaged” or “subject to inspection” may not be legally sufficient.

If the parcel is accepted without precise reservations, the goods may be considered delivered in conformity.
