On www.probois-machinoutils.fr, credit card transactions are completely secure.
1. Payment by credit card in cash with immediate debit
You will first need to choose the type of card (Carte Bleue, Mastercard, or Visa) with which you will pay for your order. You will need to enter your card number, the expiration date, and the last three digits on the back of the card.
Authorization servers are then consulted to verify this data and prevent misuse and fraud. The servers are then in encrypted mode, and all information transmitted is coded (Netscape SSL protocol).
Our payment modules are equipped with 3D Secure technology to secure online credit card payments.
A Securipass is sent to your mobile phone; you will need to validate it to complete your secure transaction (without this, your payment will not be validated by the bank).
If your payment fails, the following possible reasons may apply:
- You may have a maximum limit on your credit card that prevents you from making payments for the full value of your order: contact your bank to increase this limit so that you can complete the payment.
- You have not received the Securipass on your mobile phone because your bank does not have your number and therefore cannot provide it to you: contact your bank to update your details.
Some useful information for card payments (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard):
- Your account will be charged on the day your order is placed, even if one or all of the items are not immediately available.
- When a delay of several days appears on one or more lines of your cart, you will be charged for the entire order. We reserve the right to contact you to inform you of the delivery time for this item, to offer you an equivalent item, or to refund your purchase if we are unable to deliver the item ordered.
- Deliveries outside mainland France will be subject to an additional delivery time.
When collecting your package from the delivery point, if you choose So Colissimo or another delivery point, you will be asked to provide proof of identity for security reasons.
2. Payment by credit card in 2, 3, 4, or 12 installments via Alma
You will first need to choose the type of card (Carte Bleue, Mastercard, or Visa) with which you will pay for your order. You will need to provide your card number, the expiration date, and the last three numbers on the back of the card.
PLEASE NOTE! To use this payment method, your card's validity date must not expire within two months of purchase!
Special risks: Any payment incident will result in an entry in the FICP (National File of Personal Credit Repayment Incidents). The Borrower's bank account must be funded for each debit; otherwise, the Borrower's bank may block their card for misuse.
3. Payment by check (this payment method can be disabled)
Simply send us your payment and a photocopy of your identity card by mail to the following address:

We recommend writing your order number on the back of the check. NB: An additional 15 days will be required before shipping your order (if it is specified as "in stock" or available within a short timeframe) to ensure that the check will not be rejected by the bank (to combat bounced checks).
5. Bank Transfer
When you select this payment method, you will receive our company's bank details. Please transfer the order amount, remembering to include the order number in the transfer title. Upon receipt of your transfer, we will process your order.
