The Holzmann FS200S 400V is a robust woodworking spindle moulder designed for users looking for greater versatility than a conventional machine with a fixed spindle.

Tilting spindle from -5° to +30°
The main difference between the Holzmann FS200S and the standard FS200 is its tilting spindle.
The spindle can be tilted from -5° to +30°, considerably increasing the range of profiling possibilities and allowing more complex operations than with a conventional fixed vertical spindle.
The tilting spindle is particularly useful for producing angled profiles, mouldings, chamfers, decorative elements and specialised joinery work.
30 mm spindle and 105 mm maximum clamping height
The FS200S is equipped with a 30 mm diameter spindle, a commonly used size that allows a wide range of cutter blocks and spindle moulder tooling to be fitted.
The machine offers a maximum clamping height of 105 mm and a spindle travel of 100 mm.
The spindle height can be conveniently adjusted using the handwheel located on the front of the machine.
4 spindle speeds up to 9000 rpm
The Holzmann FS200S offers 4 spindle speeds: 1800, 3000, 6000 and 9000 rpm.
This speed range allows the spindle speed to be adapted to the diameter of the cutter block and the type of machining operation being carried out.
The selected speed can be easily identified thanks to the LED speed indicator.
Powerful 2800 W three-phase motor
The Holzmann FS200S 400V features a three-phase 400V power supply and a powerful 2800 W S1 / 3750 W S6 motor.
This configuration is particularly suitable for workshops equipped with a three-phase electrical supply and looking for a robust spindle moulder for regular woodworking operations.
Large 710 x 640 mm cast-iron table
The FS200S features a large 710 x 640 mm cast-iron table, resistant to torsion and designed to provide a stable working surface.

Spindle moulder fence and workpiece hold-down system
The machine is equipped with a robust spindle moulder guard with adjustable fences, as well as horizontal and vertical roller hold-down devices to help keep the workpiece correctly positioned during machining.
A Ø100 mm dust extraction outlet allows the spindle moulder to be connected to a suitable dust collector.
For tooling up to 190 mm in diameter
The FS200S accepts tooling up to 190 mm in diameter above the table and up to 190 mm below the table.
The 200 mm table opening allows a wide range of cutter blocks and tooling suitable for its 30 mm spindle to be used.
Sliding table available as an option
The Holzmann FS200S is supplied without a sliding table.
An aluminium sliding table is available as an optional accessory and can be retrofitted to the machine.
This allows you to purchase the spindle moulder on its own and add the sliding table later according to the requirements of your workshop.
