Holzmann FS200 400V spindle moulder: power, stability and versatility
The Holzmann FS200 400V is a stationary spindle moulder designed for users looking for a robust, easy-to-use machine with enough power for a wide range of woodworking and moulding operations.
This 400V three-phase version delivers 2800 W in S1 duty and 3750 W in S6 duty. Its sturdy construction combined with a large 690 x 480 mm cast-iron table provides excellent stability while machining.
30 mm spindle and 4 spindle speeds
The Holzmann FS200 is equipped with a 30 mm diameter spindle offering 100 mm of vertical travel and a maximum clamping height of 105 mm.
Its 4 spindle speeds of 1800, 3000, 6000 and 9000 rpm allow the speed to be adapted to the tooling diameter and the type of work being carried out.
The selected speed can be easily identified thanks to the LED speed indicator, while the spindle height can be conveniently adjusted using the handwheel.
Large cast-iron table for comfortable and accurate work
The cast-iron worktable measures 690 x 480 mm and has a working height of 900 mm. Its solid construction contributes to the stability of the machine and provides reliable support when guiding workpieces during moulding operations.
The spindle moulder fence is equipped with independently adjustable aluminium fence plates and a workpiece hold-down system.
Tooling diameter up to 190 mm
The FS200 accepts tooling up to 190 mm in diameter above and below the table. Its 200 mm table opening allows the use of a wide range of cutter blocks and suitable tooling for a 30 mm spindle.
This makes the machine suitable for a wide variety of operations including profiling, moulding, rebating and grooving on different types of wooden workpieces.
Optional sliding table
The Holzmann FS200 is supplied without a sliding table. A compatible sliding table can be purchased separately and fitted to the machine.
This allows you to purchase the spindle moulder on its own and add the sliding table later according to your workshop requirements.
