Dual filtration: cyclone and HEPA H13 cartridge

The Holzprofi R400M-TRI uses a dual-filtration system designed to separate wood chips, sawdust and fine dust particles from the extracted airflow.

The first stage uses a cyclonic separation system. Air containing wood chips and dust enters the cyclone, where the rotating airflow separates a large proportion of the wood particles by centrifugal force.

This process allows most wood chips and sawdust to be collected before the airflow reaches the main filter cartridge, reducing the amount of material reaching the final filtration stage.

HEPA H13 filter cartridge for fine dust

After cyclonic separation, the air passes through a Ø370 x 1045 mm HEPA H13 filter cartridge.

The filter provides a stated filtration efficiency of 99.97% for particles measuring 0.3 micron and 100% for particles measuring 0.5 micron and above.

With a filter surface area of 4.32 m², the cartridge complements the cyclonic separator by capturing the fine dust particles that remain in the airflow after the first filtration stage.

Residual dust is collected in a dedicated PVC bag.

The R400M-TRI provides an airflow of 2860 m³/h according to the new measurement method. Holzprofi also specifies an airflow of 3700 m³/h according to the previous measurement method.

Remote control

A remote control is supplied, allowing the dust collector to be started remotely.
