Holzmann FS200 230V spindle moulder: power and robustness for the workshop
The Holzmann FS200 230V spindle moulder is a stationary woodworking machine designed for a wide range of spindle moulding operations including profiling, moulding, grooving, rebating and the production of various woodworking joints.
With its 2800 W S1 / 3750 W S6 motor, standard 30 mm spindle and four spindle speeds, the FS200 offers an excellent configuration for equipping a woodworking workshop without requiring a three-phase power supply.
Its robust construction and heavy-duty, torsion-resistant grey cast-iron table provide a stable base for machining wooden workpieces.
⚠️ IMPORTANT – SLIDING TABLE NOT INCLUDED
The Holzmann FS200 is supplied without a sliding table. Some manufacturer photographs and pictures available online show this spindle moulder fitted with the FS200SST sliding table. This is an optional accessory and is not included in the standard machine delivery.
Powerful 2800 W single-phase motor
One of the major advantages of the Holzmann FS200 230V is its powerful motor. It delivers 2800 W in S1 duty and 3750 W in S6 duty while operating from a single-phase 230 V power supply.

4 spindle speeds to suit different tooling
The FS200 offers 4 spindle speeds: 1800, 3000, 6000 and 9000 rpm. This speed range allows the spindle speed to be adapted to different types and diameters of tooling, while respecting the operating speed specified by the tool manufacturer.
An LED indicator also makes it easier to check the selected spindle speed.
30 mm spindle with M10 thread and 100 mm travel
The Holzmann FS200 is equipped with a 30 mm spindle with M10 thread, a commonly used spindle diameter for professional woodworking spindle moulder tooling.
The 100 mm spindle travel and maximum clamping height of 105 mm allow a wide range of compatible tooling to be used for different machining operations.
Spindle height adjustment is conveniently carried out using the large handwheel located on the machine.
Heavy-duty cast-iron table for excellent stability
The FS200 features a 690 x 480 mm grey cast-iron worktable. Its heavy-duty construction contributes to the overall stability of the machine and provides a rigid support surface for guiding workpieces.
The 900 mm working height also provides a comfortable working position for everyday spindle moulding operations.
Spindle fence with fine adjustment
The machine is equipped with a 360 x 120 mm spindle fence with aluminium fence plates and fine adjustment.
The safety and guiding system also incorporates hold-down devices to help keep the workpiece correctly positioned and guided as it passes the cutter.
Tool diameter up to 190 mm
The Holzmann FS200 offers an impressive tooling capacity with a maximum tool diameter of 190 mm, both above the table and when the tool is retractable below the table.
The 200 mm table opening further increases versatility and allows different types of compatible cutter blocks and spindle moulder tooling to be used with the 30 mm spindle.
