Ø275 mm Tenoning Plate with Hood for Holzprofi Spindle Moulders and Combination Machines

This Holzprofi tenoning plate with Ø275 mm hood is designed to equip various Holzprofi spindle moulders and combination machines for tenoning operations.

Although this accessory may appear under different names or be associated with different machine models in the Holzprofi catalogue, the same tenoning device can be fitted to several Holzprofi machines.

It is compatible in particular with the Holzprofi TO1000M and TO1002 spindle moulders as well as the Holzprofi COMB320E combination machine. Other Holzprofi machines using the same mounting system may also be suitable for this tenoning plate.

Tenoning Hood for Tools up to Ø275 mm

The device is equipped with a protective tenoning hood suitable for tools up to 275 mm in diameter.

The raised plate provides a suitable support surface for positioning and moving the workpiece during tenoning operations.

Mitre Guide, Hold-Down Clamp and 2 Stops Included

The tenoning plate is supplied with the equipment required for positioning, guiding and securing the workpiece:

For Tenoning Operations on a Spindle Moulder

This tenoning device allows the spindle moulder to be used for producing tenons while providing suitable guidance and support for the workpiece.

The mitre guide helps position and guide the timber, while the hold-down clamp keeps the workpiece securely in place during machining. The two stops also facilitate adjustment and repetitive operations.
