Sawing and Spindle Moulding Sliding Table for Woodworking Machines

This sawing and spindle moulding sliding table is designed to guide and securely support wooden workpieces during sawing, tenoning and spindle moulding operations. It improves machining accuracy while ensuring smooth and controlled movement of the workpiece.

It is equipped with a 400 x 250 mm metal table, an extendable fence for supporting long workpieces and a screw-operated vertical hold-down clamp that firmly secures the workpiece during machining.

Main Function

The primary function of this sliding table is to provide precise and stable guidance of the workpiece as it passes in front of the saw blade or spindle cutter. It allows accurate cross cuts, tenoning operations and safe machining of long workpieces.

The screw-operated hold-down clamp secures the workpiece against the table and fence while the sliding movement ensures smooth and controlled feeding throughout the machining process.

Please check the mounting system, fixing dimensions and hole spacing on your machine before ordering. Depending on the production month, year of manufacture and machine version, slight differences may exist.

Also ensure that sufficient space is available around your machine to allow full use of the extendable fence.

Installation and Safety Advice

Before use, make sure the sliding table is securely mounted and the fence is properly locked. The workpiece should rest flat on the table and be firmly secured by the hold-down clamp without excessive tightening.

Always disconnect the machine from the power supply before installing, adjusting or servicing the sliding table. Follow the machine manufacturer's safety instructions at all times and keep hands well clear of the saw blade or spindle cutter during operation.
