Leman Spindle End Sleeve and Screw for Ø50 mm Spindle Moulder

The Leman spindle end sleeve and screw, ref. 969.5.070.50.16, is designed for mounting and securing a cutter block on a 50 mm diameter spindle moulder shaft with an M16 × 2.00 thread.

The set includes the spindle end sleeve and its matching M16 × 2.00 fixing screw.

This version is specifically designed for Ø50 mm spindle moulder shafts and for mounting cutter blocks featuring a Ø70 mm counterbore.

For Ø50 mm Spindle Moulder Shafts

This Leman sleeve is fitted at the end of a Ø50 mm spindle moulder shaft to allow a compatible cutter block to be correctly mounted and secured.

It forms an important part of the cutter block mounting system. The dimensions of the sleeve, cutter block and spindle thread must therefore be checked carefully before installation.

M16 × 2.00 Fixing Thread

The supplied screw features an M16 thread with a 2.00 mm pitch. Both the thread diameter and pitch must be checked before ordering to ensure compatibility with the spindle moulder shaft.

Do not rely on the appearance of the existing sleeve alone, as different spindle diameters and thread sizes may be used depending on the machine.

For Cutter Blocks with Ø70 mm Counterbore

This model is designed for use with a cutter block featuring a 70 mm diameter counterbore.

Before installation, make sure that the cutter block dimensions correspond to the sleeve and spindle dimensions.
