The Holzprofi VSHP-AF02 power feeder is specially designed to provide smooth and consistent workpiece feeding during bandsaw resawing operations.

Equipped with 2 polyurethane (PU) feed rollers measuring 120 × 25 mm, it is designed for bandsaws with wheel diameters from 430 to 630 mm.

During operation, the power feeder moves the workpiece mechanically while the bandsaw's original rip fence is used to guide the timber throughout the cut.

The Holzprofi VSHP-AF02 is suitable for bandsaws with wheel diameters ranging from 430 to 630 mm.

Its compact design allows it to be installed on different bandsaw configurations. The adjustable mounting plate makes it easier to adapt and correctly position the feeder on the machine.

Two 120 × 25 mm Polyurethane Feed Rollers

The VSHP-AF02 is equipped with two 120 × 25 mm polyurethane (PU) feed rollers.

The rollers provide consistent feeding and help hold the workpiece securely as it passes through the bandsaw blade. Their polyurethane coating provides good grip on the timber for smooth and controlled feeding.

The two rollers can be interchanged to provide a working capacity of up to 100 mm.

Easily Adjustable Working Width

The working width can be easily adjusted using spacer rings.

This system allows the position of the rollers to be adapted to the dimensions of the workpiece and the requirements of the resawing operation.

Continuously Variable Feed Speed from 0.5 to 8 m/min

The Holzprofi VSHP-AF02 features a continuously variable feed speed from 0.5 to 8 m/min.

This speed range allows the feed rate to be precisely adapted to the type of timber, workpiece dimensions, bandsaw blade and cutting conditions.

The VSHP-AF02 is equipped with a 94 W induction motor operating on a 230V single-phase, 50 Hz power supply.

The variable speed control allows the feed speed to be continuously adjusted between 0.5 and 8 m/min according to the application.
