Holzprofi VSHP-AF06 2-Roller Power Feeder for Bandsaws

The Holzprofi VSHP-AF06 power feeder is specially designed to provide smooth and consistent workpiece feeding during sawing and resawing operations on a bandsaw.

Equipped with 2 polyurethane (PU) feed rollers, this model is intended for bandsaws with wheel diameters from 480 to 630 mm.

Its continuously variable feed speed from 1.5 to 12 m/min allows the feed rate to be precisely adjusted according to the type of timber, workpiece thickness and cutting conditions.

Unlike conventional power feeders generally used on spindle moulders, the Holzprofi VSHP-AF06 is specifically designed for use on a bandsaw.

It is suitable for machines with a minimum wheel diameter of 480 mm and a maximum wheel diameter of 630 mm and provides consistent feeding of the workpiece along the bandsaw fence.

Its compact design and adjustable mounting plate allow installation on different bandsaw configurations.

Continuously Variable Feed Speed from 1.5 to 12 m/min

The VSHP-AF06 features a continuously variable feed speed from 1.5 to 12 m/min.

This allows the feed rate to be adapted to the wood species, workpiece section, bandsaw blade and type of operation.
