Holzprofi AC200M-TRI Cyclonic Dual Filtration Dust Collector

The Holzprofi AC200M-TRI dust collector is a mobile 400V three-phase dual-filtration extraction system designed to collect wood chips, sawdust and dust produced by woodworking machines.

With its large 175-litre collection drum, 2080 m³/h airflow capacity and 3027 Pa vacuum pressure, it provides an effective dust extraction solution for woodworking and joinery workshops.

Dual filtration with cyclonic separation

The Holzprofi AC200M-TRI uses a two-stage filtration system.

The first filtration stage uses the cyclonic principle. Centrifugal force separates wood chips, sawdust and larger particles from the airflow before they reach the main filter.

The second filtration stage uses a Ø410 x 750 mm filter cartridge with a large 8 m² filtration area. Residual dust is collected in a PVC bag.

Holzprofi specifies a dust emission of less than 5 µ/m³.

The AC200M-TRI dust collector provides an airflow capacity of 2080 m³/h and a vacuum pressure of 3027 Pa.

The manufacturer specifies that the airflow capacity is measured using the Pitot tube method.

Large 175-litre collection drum

For easier maintenance, the Holzprofi AC200M-TRI is equipped with a manual filter cartridge cleaning system. This helps remove accumulated dust from the filter and maintain effective filtration performance.

Remote control with timer

The dust collector is equipped with a remote control with timer. Remote operation provides greater convenience in the workshop, particularly when the dust collector is installed away from the woodworking machine being used.
