This 520J3 (205J) belt is designed to drive the turbine of the integrated dust extraction system fitted to several Holzmann and Bernardo 230V planer thicknessers.

It corresponds to position 126 on the exploded parts diagram of compatible machines. This is a 3-rib J-profile Poly-V belt, identified in particular by the marking 520J3 (205J).

The belt transmits the movement required to rotate the dust extraction turbine. Its condition is therefore important for the correct operation of the machine's chip extraction system.

When should you replace the dust extraction turbine belt?

The turbine belt is a wear part. Over time and with regular use of the machine, it may stretch, wear or become damaged. Several symptoms may indicate that the belt should be inspected or replaced:
