Information for the use of these blades with the Metabo conversion cutter block system:

The blade height must be adjusted manually using a dial indicator, a setting gauge or a precision straightedge.

It is essential to:

• adjust both blades to exactly the same height;
• ensure that the blades protrude evenly over their entire length;
• check that neither blade is set higher than the other;
• manually rotate the cutter block several times before starting the machine;
• gradually tighten all cutter block screws while regularly checking the blade adjustment.
