Main function

The starter block for Scheppach and Woodster 4-in-1 garden tools, brush cutters and earth augers – Ref. 3904701045 is designed to make starting the petrol engine easier, especially when the engine is cold.

When the choke is activated, the device modifies the air intake to temporarily enrich the air-fuel mixture supplied to the engine. This helps ignition and makes the engine easier to start.

Once the engine has started and warmed up sufficiently, the choke must be returned to its normal position to ensure smooth engine operation.

When should the starter block be replaced?

The starter block for Scheppach and Woodster 4-in-1 garden tools, brush cutters and earth augers – Ref. 3904701045 may need to be replaced in the following cases:
