Leman 2-Piece Ø50 mm Spindle Cap for Ø30 mm Spindle Moulder Shaft
The Leman 2-piece spindle cap ref. 968.5.050.30.00 is designed for spindle moulders equipped with a 30 mm diameter spindle shaft.
With its 50 mm outside diameter and bore designed for a Ø30 mm spindle, it is fitted at the top of the tooling assembly to help secure and clamp the cutter block and other tooling components mounted on the spindle.
Two-Piece Design for Easy Installation
Unlike a conventional one-piece spacer ring, this spindle cap consists of two separate halves. This split design allows the cap to be positioned around or removed from the spindle easily.
Once assembled, the two halves form a circular spindle cap that completes the cutter block and spacer ring assembly fitted to the spindle moulder shaft.
For Ø30 mm Spindle Moulder Shafts
The Leman 968.5.050.30.00 spindle cap is designed for a 30 mm diameter spindle moulder shaft.
It can be used to replace a lost, damaged or worn original spindle cap, provided that the dimensions of the existing assembly correspond to this reference.
50 mm Outside Diameter
The spindle cap has an outside diameter of 50 mm. This dimension should be checked against the original component to ensure correct installation with the cutter block and other components mounted on the spindle.

When Should the Spindle Cap Be Replaced?
