Leman Spindle End Sleeve and Screw for Ø30 mm Spindle Moulder

The Leman spindle end sleeve and screw, ref. 969.5.040.30.16, is designed for mounting and securing a cutter block on a 30 mm diameter spindle moulder shaft with an M16 × 2.00 thread.

The set includes the spindle end sleeve and its matching M16 × 2.00 fixing screw.

The sleeve has a height of 18 mm and is designed for use with a cutter block featuring a Ø40 × 6 mm counterbore.

For Ø30 mm Spindles with M16 Thread

This Leman sleeve is designed for Ø30 mm spindle moulder shafts with the corresponding M16 thread. It is fitted at the end of the spindle and allows a compatible cutter block to be correctly mounted and secured.

The supplied screw features an M16 thread with a 2.00 mm pitch. This specification must be checked carefully before ordering, as Leman also offers a similar version designed for M14 threaded spindles.

For Cutter Blocks with Ø40 × 6 mm Counterbore

The sleeve has a height of 18 mm and is designed for cutter blocks featuring a 40 mm diameter × 6 mm deep counterbore.

It provides a suitable solution for mounting compatible cutter blocks and tooling on the end of the spindle moulder shaft.

This Leman 969.5.040.30.16 model is the version with an M16 × 2.00 thread. It should not be confused with Leman reference 969.5.040.30.14, which is designed for an M14 thread.
